Like many of  Dogue de Bordeaux owners and admirers I fell in love with this beautiful dog  after watching young Tom Hanks strugle to establish and maintain healthy relationship between human and a dog in Roger Spottiswoode's film "Turner & Hooch" produced in 1989.

 

Since my childhood I was dreaming about the day when a little Dogue de Bordeaux puppy will step into my life. Only after my own children grew up that day finally came true - on November 17th 2008 eight weeks old baby girl Dorisa (pedigree name URSULA UNIQUE DREAM DOG) moved in our house. Since then my life has totally different meaning! 

 

Dogue de Bordeaux undoubtedly is one of the most beautiful breeds - magnificent, strong and very powerful dog but at the same time gentle, loving and totally devoted to the owner.

 

Our dogs live together with us in our house. We do not keep them in crates or separate kennels - they are a part of our family - free to move around the house and yard. Friendly with house guests and small children, happy to go for a long walks in nearby forests.
